Dispute Over Qui Tam Seals Rejected By High Court

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 2:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to review a Sixth Circuit decision that affirmed the procedural requirement that False Claims Act qui tam complaints be filed under seal, a decision at odds with a previous, more lenient ruling in the Ninth Circuit.
