Burlington Coat Factory Settles Wage Suit For $5.7M

Law360, Los Angeles (June 27, 2011, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp. on Friday in California reached a $5.7 million settlement with a class of employees who accused the clothing company of not providing overtime and vacation pay for the stores' assistant managers.
