GAO Tosses Challenge Over $14.4M IT Contract

Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 3:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a protest over a $14.4 million information technology services contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor, ruling that the agency properly evaluated the past performance and technical strength of five bids, according to a decision released Tuesday.
