Radio Flyer, Target Accused Of Fixing Wagon Market

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- Online toy retailer Generation Orange on Tuesday accused Radio Flyer Inc. and Target Corp. in California federal court of conspiring to muscle Generation Orange out of the market for Radio Flyer’s wagons and toys.

Radio Flyer bowed to threats that Target would pull its business unless the wagon maker made it impossible for Generation Orange to sell Radio Flyer products, which it was doing at lower prices than Target, the complaint says.
