Aon Settles OT Class Action For $10.5M

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Insurance broker Aon Corp. finalized a $10.5 million settlement in California state court on Tuesday with a class of current and former account specialists who said they were denied overtime pay, attorneys for the plaintiffs said.

Judge Elihu M. Berle conferred final approval on the settlement, which covers 534 class members and was reached as the parties were gearing up for trial, according to Marlin & Saltzman LLP, which represents the plaintiffs.
