Security Tech Company Sued Over Alleged IPO Lies

Law360, New York (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Only two months after it went public, computer security company Sourcefire Inc. is facing a lawsuit in Maryland accusing it of offering IPO materials that were false and misleading.

The class action, filed on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, is brought on behalf of all investors who purchased Sourcefire common stock on its initial public offering date of March 9, 2007.
