Employers Get Tool To Limit Facebook Liability

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 7:50 PM EDT) -- Employers using Facebook and other websites to screen job candidates risk stepping into a minefield of liability, but the Federal Trade Commission recently gave its blessing to a company that promises to insulate businesses from discrimination claims, and attorneys say the service could prove helpful.
