Truckers Roll Against CR England Despite Dukes

Law360, Los Angeles (June 30, 2011, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday rejected trucking giant C.R. England Inc.’s bid to vacate an order certifying four classes of drivers in a wage-and-hour action against the company, saying the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dukes ruling did not apply.
