Kirkland & Ellis To Face IP Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 9:16 PM EDT) -- An Illinois appeals court on Thursday revived a patent malpractice suit against Kirkland & Ellis LLP that was tossed for lack of jurisdiction, finding there was no disputed federal patent issue barring the state trial court from hearing the case.
