Plaintiffs Push On In Urethane Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An amended complaint has been filed in part of the long-standing multidistrict antitrust litigation against urethane manufacturers and distributors alleging almost a decade of anti-competitive conduct.

The complaint, filed May 21 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, was filed on behalf of a number of plaintiffs in individual antitrust suits classified as “polyester polyol” cases in the multidistrict litigation. The amended complaint was filed to clarify the product definition, following the court’s class certification order.
