2nd Circ. Remands Remaining Claims In Schindler FCA Suit

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Following the U.S. Supreme Court's May ruling that whistleblower suits brought under the False Claims Act could not be based on Freedom of Information Act requests, the Second Circuit on Wednesday sent surviving claims in a former Schindler Elevator Corp. employee's suit back to trial court.
