Judge OKs Dish's $1.4B Buy Of Bankrupt TerreStar

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday approved the nearly $1.4 billion sale of TerreStar Network Inc. to stalking horse bidder Dish Network Corp., marking Dish's third purchase of companies out of Chapter 11 protection in recent months.
