Dollar Tree Manager Class Decertified After Dukes

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Pointing to the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Dukes decision, a California federal judge on Thursday decertified a class of Dollar Tree Stores Inc. managers that accused the discount chain of misclassifying workers as managers and denying them overtime pay.
