Kason, CHG Can't Duck Food Hardware Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday kept alive antitrust claims in a putative class action accusing Kason Industries Corp. and Component Hardware Group Inc. of fixing prices for commercial food service equipment, but trimmed common law claims from the suit.
