Costco Claims OT Class Action Blocked By Earlier Case

Law360, Los Angeles (July 11, 2011, 11:12 PM EDT) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. told a California federal judge Monday that a group of managers cannot sue the retail chain for allegedly misclassifying them as exempt from state overtime laws because the three lead plaintiffs were part of a proposed class action that was decertified in 2010.
