Vitamin Shoppe Won't Face Nationwide OT Claims

Law360, Washington (July 12, 2011, 12:04 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday refused to certify proposed nationwide or statewide classes of Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc. store managers who claim the chain failed to pay proper overtime, but allowed claims to proceed in relation to seven individual stores.
