ASBCA Refuses To Dismiss Iraq Contractor's Claim

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals refused in a decision published Monday to dismiss a Turkish contractor's claim for $478,000 stemming from work performed under an implied contract with the U.S. to rebuild an asphalt plant in Iraq.
