BofA Seeks Info From Parmalat's Bondi Over Witness

Law360, New York (May 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. has asked a federal judge to force Enrico Bondi, the chief executive of Parmalat SpA, to turn over documents containing information about his relationship with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bondi's expert witness in the bank's $1 billion securities countersuit against the Italian dairy king.

BofA said in court documents filed Tuesday that it is seeking an order compelling Bondi to produce all engagement letters and retention agreements between him and PwC regarding the multidistrict securities litigation because Bondi has “steadfastly declined to disclose important conditions...
