Judge Trims TV Patent Suit Against Sprint, Others

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Tuesday tossed two infringement claims but kept alive a third in a suit pitting Eon Corp. IP Holdings against a group of content distributors and wireless companies — including Sprint Nextel Corp. — over a patent for interactive television technology.
