Monsanto Says It Won't Sue Farmers For Seed Mixing

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Monsanto Co. asked a New York federal judge on Tuesday to toss a suit filed by a group of organic farmers seeking to head off potential seed contamination lawsuits, saying it had no intention of waging any litigation against the plaintiffs.
