Stockbroker Slaps Bishop Rosen With Overtime Action

Law360, New York (July 14, 2011, 12:49 PM EDT) -- A former stockbroker at Bishop Rosen and Co. Inc. hit the brokerage firm with a putative class action Wednesday in New York court claiming it failed to pay brokers for overtime and made illegal deductions from their wages.

Former Bishop Rosen employee Roger Spann accuses the company; co-owner, President and CEO Robert Rosen; and its co-owner and Chief Financial Officer Isaac Schlesinger of maintaining wage policies that violate New York labor laws.
