Facebook Fights To Keep Teachbook IP Suit Alive

Law360, San Diego (July 14, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Wednesday urged an Illinois federal court not to throw out its trademark infringement suit against Teachbook.com LLC, a social networking site for teachers, arguing that it has sufficiently pled that the defendant site's name is likely to cause confusion.
