InterDigital Wins Damages In Nokia Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday awarded $500,000 to InterDigital Inc. following a Second Circuit ruling that the wireless systems company was entitled to a presumption in favor of recovery against a wrongly issued injunction in a patent dispute with Nokia Corp.
