Safeway Wants AmEx Subpoena Quashed

Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Safeway Inc. has not taken kindly to American Express’ last-minute subpoena seeking information from the grocery retailer for the credit card company’s antitrust case against Visa USA Inc. and MasterCard Inc.
