Bondi Strikes Back At BofA's Bid For Info

Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wasting no time, attorneys for Parmalat SpA chief executive Enrico Bondi have filed an opposition to Bank of America Corp.'s bid to force Bondi to turn over documents containing information about his relationship with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bondi's expert witness in the bank's $1 billion securities countersuit against the Italian dairy king.

BofA filed its motion on Tuesday to compel Bondi to produce all engagement letters and retention agreements between him and PwC regarding the multidistrict securities litigation.
