Northwest Wings Its Way Out Of Bankruptcy

Law360 (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After spending nearly two years in Chapter 11, Northwest Airlines Corp. has at last emerged from bankruptcy, though not without some battle scars.

As expected, Northwest officially completed its restructuring process on Thursday, with 13 employees heralding the move by ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
