Nuclear Power Plant Workers Dealt Setback

Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court panel has affirmed a lower court ruling against a group of nuclear power plant workers who requested pay for the time it takes to suit up and go through security procedures.
