Former Trader Cops To Agency Death Threats

Law360, Washington (July 18, 2011, 3:11 PM EDT) -- Former commodities trader Vincent P. McCrudden pled guilty Monday in New York to threatening to murder 47 attorneys and officials at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other federal agencies.

McCrudden copped to two counts of transmission of a threat to injure, facing a maximum of 10 years in prison, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
