Feds Want Stiff Sentence For Convicted Ohio Judge

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The federal government on Friday called for a sentence well above the zero to six months requested by a former Ohio judge convicted of lying to the FBI in connection with an alleged scandal involving kickbacks for government contracts.
