Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Over "Wireless Eyewear"

Law360, New York (November 17, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit accusing a California product design firm of misappropriating trade secrets related to a eyewear with Bluetooth wireless technology.

Judge John F. Walter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California granted summary judgment in favor of Frog Design, Inc. and dismissed a case brought by QR Spex, Inc. and Thomas G. Swab, according to Frog’s counsel, intellectual property specialty firm Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP.
