Murdoch 'Humbled,' But Deflects Blame For Scandal

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Rupert Murdoch and his son James Murdoch apologized Tuesday for phone hacking and other illegal reporting practices at their tabloid News of the World during a dramatic parliamentary hearing in London, but denied knowing the extent of the behavior and insisted they were not to blame.
