Kim Kardashian Sues Old Navy Over Look-Alike In Ad

Law360, New York (July 21, 2011, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Reality TV star Kim Kardashian filed suit Wednesday in California federal court, claiming that Old Navy LLC violated her right of publicity by running TV ads featuring a model that allegedly looks like her.

The star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" claims that the model in the ad, Melissa Molinaro, looks so much like Kardashian that people may become confused and believe the plaintiff endorses Old Navy.
