Judge Refuses To Toss Suit Over Stereo D Equity

Law360, Los Angeles (July 22, 2011, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A California state judge ruled Friday that visual effects company Stereo D LLC — which is working on 3-D conversions of “Captain America” and other Hollywood blockbusters — had to defend against a lawsuit claiming a sales agent was contractually entitled to a 16 percent stake in the company.
