Heller Ehrman Adds Three IP Litigators

Law360, New York (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three intellectual property litigators have left King & Spalding LLP to boost Heller Ehrman LLP's New York office, which has added 13 shareholders since the beginning of last year.

Kevin J. Culligan, W. Edward Bailey and John P. Hanish focus their practices on the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and banking sectors. Prior to their three-year tenure at King & Spalding, the trio was at boutique firm Fish & Neave.
