Last Trivium Insider Trading Defendant Seeks Exit

Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 3:30 PM EDT) -- A Polycom Inc. executive asked a New York federal judge Monday to dismiss U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission claims that he provided stock tips to Trivium Capital Management LLC co-founder Robert Feinblatt, who last week settled with the SEC for $2.7 million.
