Tiffany Fights eBay's Attempt To Strike Trademarks

Law360 (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Tiffany & Co. has struck back against an eBay Inc. court request to prevent the posh jeweler from enforcing several trademarks which were not originally cited in the jeweler's copyright infringement suit against the online site.

In opposition papers filed Friday, Tiffany asked U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth M.
