Foundry Resin Antitrust Multidistrict Litigation Stayed

Law360 (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The parties in a multidistrict litigation alleging price fixing of resins used to make molds for cast metal have agreed to a stay in the case while an appellate court mulls over an appeal of last month’s order granting the plaintiffs class certification.
