Lindsey Execs Say Gov't Misconduct Dooms FCPA Case

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 5:08 PM EDT) -- Two Lindsey Manufacturing Co. executives convicted of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act urged a California federal judge Monday to nix the indictment against them, saying the investigation and prosecution of their case was permeated by purposeful, prejudicial government misconduct.
