Tech Help Class Wins Initial Cert. In Kroll FLSA Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 29, 2011, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday conditionally certified a class of systems engineers suing a division of global risk management company Kroll Inc. for failure to pay overtime, after the parties stipulated to the move.
