Cory Booker Beats Author's Newark Documentary Suit

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 12:32 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge granted summary judgment last week to Newark, N.J., Mayor Cory Booker and the Sundance Channel in a $21 million copyright lawsuit brought by a writer who claimed the documentary series “Brick City” ripped off his novel.
