Flynt Brother Wants To Turn Page On Hustler IP Claims

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 12:44 PM EDT) -- Jimmy Flynt asked an Ohio federal judge on Monday to throw out his older brother Larry Flynt's trademark claims over the two men's soured efforts to build a chain of Hustler adult entertainment stores.

Larry Flynt sued his brother in late 2009, claiming Jimmy Flynt's company, Hustler Cincinnati Inc., had stopped paying a fixed royalty of $8,400 per month to use the Hustler marks for an Ohio adult bookstore despite an oral licensing agreement.
