Son Seeks Damages In Philip Morris Wrongful Death Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 3, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Friends and family of Richard Boeken, who won a record $3.5 billion jury verdict against Philip Morris USA before dying of lung cancer, testified Wednesday in a California court on behalf of his son, who is seeking damages for the loss of his father's companionship and guidance.
