DuPont Says It May Yank Controversial Herbicide

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- DuPont Co. confirmed Thursday that it might pull its herbicide Imprelis from shelves in response to reports that it destroyed spruce and pine trees, as a Delaware federal judge consolidated five proposed class actions over the chemical.
