Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 6:47 PM EDT) -- A former producer for reality show "Big Brother" sued United Talent Agency Inc. and his former agent in California on Wednesday for allegedly steering him toward a disastrous deal with a new production company run by his agent's love interest.

Scott Einziger and his company, S2 Products Inc., accused UTA and his former agent, Michael Camacho, of breaching their fiduciary duty by advising Einziger to reject a strong offer from CBS Corp. to continue at "Big Brother" in favor of a potential deal with Ellen Rakieten...
