Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 8:10 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors in the Rhode Island federal trial of the senior vice president of defunct engineering and technology services company Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow announced Thursday that he would plead guilty in connection with a 15-year, $10 million kickback and bribery scheme involving naval contracts.
Patrick Nagle, 50, is scheduled to plead guilty Aug. 18 to a one-count information for conspiracy to commit bribery, prosecutors said. He signed a plea deal July 21, and the information was filed July 29.
