Fed. Circ. Urged To Revive Import Surety Bond Suit

Law360, Washington (August 5, 2011, 2:28 PM EDT) -- U.S. producers of honey, garlic, mushrooms and crawfish asked the Federal Circuit on Friday to revive a $723 million putative class action over allegedly negligent anti-dumping duty surety bonds issued by Hartford Fire Insurance Co. and others, arguing they had standing to file the suit.
