Ill. Agency Can't Nix Health Plan Contract Freeze

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 5:16 PM EDT) -- An Illinois appeals court on Wednesday upheld a stay on certain state employee health insurance contracts, which a lower court imposed after Health Alliance Medical Plans Inc. sued Illinois officials over the award of the work to other companies.
