5th Circ. Nixes Relator From McKesson Kickbacks Case

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday affirmed a whistleblower's dismissal from a False Claims Act suit accusing McKesson Corp. and others of engaging in kickbacks to boost their Medicare payments, ruling that the relator's allegations were broadly based on public reports.
