Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Universal Music Publishing Group is not liable for a perfume maker's alleged lost profits in a suit over a failed celebrity endorsement deal with the singer Prince, but Prince could still be on the hook, a New York judge ruled Wednesday.
