Judge Denies DC Comics' Bid For Superman Divorce Docs

Law360, Los Angeles (August 8, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A California magistrate judge overseeing discovery in a fight over terminated copyright agreements regarding the rights to the comic book character Superman refused Monday to force an heir of the superhero’s co-creator to turn over documents related to her divorce.
